What word-by-word translation is used in the Video Creator?

The word-by-word translations are sourced from QuranWBW.com. The English word-by-word translation was compiled by Dr. Shehnaz Shaikh and Ms. Kausar Khatri (published 2007, Public Domain). It is a composite work drawing word choices from Sahih International, Abdullah Yusuf Ali, Pickthall, and others to best convey the meaning of each Arabic word individually. Word-by-word translations are available in 19 languages including English, Urdu, Hindi, Indonesian, Bangla, Turkish, and more.

How do Glyphs differ from a PNG image?

Glyphs are symbol representations for actual fonts from the King Fahad Quran Complex. This font family needs to be downloaded and installed on your computer before you can use them in video editors like Filmora. PNG images are standalone picture files that do not require a font installation.

What Arabic font is used?

The default Arabic font used is Font Madani (also called QPC Hafs). Additional font options include Amiri, Amiri Quran, Scheherazade New, KFGQPC Uthmanic Script Hafs, Hafs Nastaleeq, and PDMS Saleem.

How does the AI ayah detection work?

You select a Surah and Ayah, upload your recitation audio, and Quran Clip Helper uses Gemini AI to detect the exact start and end timestamps of that verse in the audio. It then generates a video clip with an Arabic text overlay, your chosen Quran font, a translation in any of 100+ languages, and a customizable background.

What does the Quran audio processor do?

The Quran audio processor applies a professional audio enhancement pipeline specifically tuned for Quran recitation: noise reduction, equalizer (EQ), dynamic compression, harmonic saturation, reverb, and loudness normalization. Users can pick presets for Mishary Rashid Alafasy, Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, or Alaa Aqel, or use AI detection to get recommended settings automatically.
